I am sorry for any bad experiences some of you have had with Zappos but I must say in my first and not last time dealing with them I find their customer service and allout fairness is exceptional to say the least. I used "live chat" and resolved my sneaker issue in minutes with much better than expected results. Add comment

Always loved zappos for the selection and fast shipping - usually about 2 days at most. The last pair of shoes i ordered was over a week ago now. Over the 3-5 business day shipping that i selected. My ups tracking number still says they have been sitting in the same spot for 4 business days (ready to ship) and got an email they had shipped. Same thing happen to me today! $10 charge. I never even heard of them! Called Zappos and they said that they caught it and to call my bank that my card has been compromised. Zappos said the address wasn't mine and my BANK should know better! Said the person using my card had a Tennessee address. Rep told me they thought it was fishy! Ordered a pair of frye logging boots and when they arrived it looked like a child had assembled the boots. Sent boots back for exchange and received total different style and color. Returned 2nd pair and received 3rd pair. The 3rd pair were in a Saz11 box but both boots were for the left foot and a sz 13!!!! On to # 4.. Which I did not receive.. I to ordered from Zappos - Adidas Gazelles. Ordered about a year ago and I've worn these shoes in the past. I ordered 2 pairs of my true size. Both were huge on me. I got a text from my reloadable card that there was a $10 debit from Zapos.com. When I called Zappos they told me my card had been "compromised" and claimed to have caught it because the person used "LA" as a state instead of "MA" for the billing address.
