I have been a longstanding and loyal customer with Zappos. I always thought very highly of them. I have never had any problems in the past with shipping, transactions, or products. I looked for three weeks for these boots on sale. Thrilled when I found the here. Then the nightmare begins. Needed them for trip abroad in 10 days. I got a text from my reloadable card that there was a $10 debit from Zapos.com. When I called Zappos they told me my card had been "compromised" and claimed to have caught it because the person used "LA" as a state instead of "MA" for the billing address. I ordered an Alexander McQueen bag, Ferragamo flats, and Gucci sunglasses. When the box arrived, I opened and it was a Michael Kors bag. I was really upset. I have just recently purchased a $2k designer from zappos. It took almost 10 days to receive it. Upon receiving the product, It was completely fake. It was completely different from the picture. Stitching, fake leather, fake suede lining and cheap silver zipper were all signs of counterfeit bag that I just purchased for $2k. You people have to be kidding. They will do anything to keep their customers happy. Some people will complain about ANYTHING.I have been buying from them for years. I ordered a Sorel boot on December 16 via two day shipping (it was a gift), which was confirmed on December 17. Not only were the boots not delivered on time, Zappos in a cute move sent me a disgustingly ugly pink low Merrell hiking shoe - amazingly in the Sorel-ordered size. Nice try!
