I really wanted to like Zappos. Free next day shipping, an unbeatable selection of shoes, 24/7 customer support, it sounds almost too good to be true. My husband purchased a Christmas gift for me and I called to return the item. I was told the only option to me was to return the item and it would go back on the original card. This means I did not get a Christmas gift from my husband this year. I did not have the option for a store credit or gift card. There are a lot of other stores that would bend over backwards to keep customers coming back. This is not a store to buy gifts from. Read more

I think they sell factory seconds every time I order shoes from zappos they arrive defective and I haft to call and exchange then the new one arrives also defective in the end I end up with nothing because I haft to return this wastes my time zappos sells defective shoes and hides behind good service and fast shipping Add comment

I cant remember ever being on or buying anything from My credit card is only a couple months old and there is no way for them to have access to my credit card. How is this possible they can just charge 10.00 bucks out of nowhere? Add comment

The worst by far.i have recently spent $186.and when my shipment csme half of my items were missing.and the 2 pair of shoes i ordered for my daughter i tried to get a refund by sendibg, r returnibg then back and they are steady tryibg to make me believe that my shipment was never made so as you can probably guess im out of $100 dollars. I am sorry for any bad experiences some of you have had with Zappos but I must say in my first and not last time dealing with them I find their customer service and allout fairness is exceptional to say the least. I used "live chat" and resolved my sneaker issue in minutes with much better than expected results. Read more

Always loved zappos for the selection and fast shipping - usually about 2 days at most. The last pair of shoes i ordered was over a week ago now. Over the 3-5 business day shipping that i selected. My ups tracking number still says they have been sitting in the same spot for 4 business days (ready to ship) and got an email they had shipped. Called just to be told they would be shipped that night and delivered the next day and they still haven't... Read more

It's BS that 5 days later they took the $ out of my account... NOT THE DAY I FREAKING ORDERED. Now zappos has put me in a financial bind. I will NEVER order from this website again. I am so pissed off !!!!! Read more
