Bought shoes from them and 2 days later had $300 of unauthorized charges on my credit card. They are in Nevada, unauthorized use was in Nevada.
Called Zappos, was told it was a coincidence which I guess could be true but seems to me they are in Nevada, unauthorized charges were in Nevada 2 days after making order with them.
Customer service person was not nice, combative when I called.All they wanted to do was argue with me and tell me it was no way that happened Lesson learned, never buy from these guys again! All the reviews about charges on peoples cards that were not authorized, it's probably Zappos employee's stealing
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $300.
I didn't like: Customer service.
