Have been shopping for some new purses and shoes. Returned the items quickly ( one would think they would appreciate that so they could sell it to someone else ). In some cases not even taken from the plastic wrap. And this is the letter I record today threatening me they would close my account. I told them to close it , I will shop at Nordstrom.

Please keep in mind that you can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date. When returning items to us, products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. If you receive an item that is not in acceptable condition, please contact us before returning the item so we can advise our fulfillment center of the condition of the return. If our fulfillment center does receive any future items that are not in an acceptable condition without prior notification, the items will be returned back to you without a refund being issued.
