I purchased a pair of Timberland PRO Reaxion Composite Safety Toe shoes just after the first of the year. The sole is already peeling from one of the shoes and on the other, there's literally a large gash in the shoe.
They're hardly 3 months old.
I don't work in a rough environment; most of my day is spent standing, kind of static. There's no way that a quality shoe would show this kind of degradation so quickly.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Zappos through the Amazon at Work program. I received an email claiming the package was delivered, but I didn't receive anything.
I called customer service and was told to wait 24 hours because sometimes they mark a package as delivered before it's actually delivered. 24 hours later, there was still nothing, so I called them again. They sent out a replacement, but the same thing happened. It said delivered, but I did not receive anything.
They advised me to wait another 24 hours, then call for a third replacement. I will not be shopping here again.

I work at Amazon so I have to get subsidy composite shoes every year. I've been doing it since 2021 although it's hard to order Work shoes online by information in a picture I can say that anytime I've ever had to exchange a shoe due to size, it has always been fairly easy to do. This pair I absolutely loved and it was a half size too snug and I actually had it for almost 3 months because I kept forgetting to make the call but when I did, he immediately switched it out and my new pair will be here Monday and these will go back to the UPS store Monday as well so transaction done transaction easy Customer service is very pleasant

The person who helped was awesome. She had an enormous amount of patience. She helped me resolve my problem.

It's impossible to check a gift card balance on the website. That's practically theft.
Add a link to your website to check gift card balances. That would be a good freaking start at having minimal customer service.

These folks offer customer service unlike any other. Thank you for fixing a delivery problem that was no ones problem but my own!
I gave an out of date delivery address when I placed my order causing the order to delivered to an incorrect address. When the delivery "failed" they replaced the item and sent it to the correct address. WOW!

My big toe is raw, on left and right feet, and inside of feet of sickle is raw. I do not recommend Zappos to anyone unless you get fitted.
I had to go to good feet store to get fitted correctly.
They know how to fit.
Thats what they were trained to do. They said others have been in with same problem.

Terrible customer service and false advertising. Failure to resolve conflict.
Product was purchased as refundable but changed to non refundable on day of sale. Despite having photos and videos to prove the item was being sold as refundable customer service was rude and told me (the customer) that I was wrong and there was a banner stating the sale was non refundable .
I was able to add the item to my cart repeatedly without the not refundable banner ever showing during repeated add to cart. Not only was the staff rude but after two conversations basically told me tough luck. When I tried to contact customer service through the chat, I was given a response the next day. Your chat line says they are available 24/7.
The customer service rep that messaged me back said that is only customer service however your website states 24/7 chat. I have photos of this as well. This whole incident has been a true disappointment from a company that I love and use daily.
I have never been as frustrated as I was that day speaking to customer service and them telling me they its just the way it is then offering me $15. I find that ridiculous and sad that my situation was handled so poorly.
