I gave an out of date delivery address when I placed my order causing the order to delivered to an incorrect address. When the delivery "failed" they replaced the item and sent it to the correct address. WOW!

My big toe is raw, on left and right feet, and inside of feet of sickle is raw. I do not recommend Zappos to anyone unless you get fitted. I had to go to good feet store to get fitted correctly. They know how to fit. Thats what they were trained to do. They said others have been in with same problem.

Terrible customer service and false advertising. Failure to resolve conflict.

Product was purchased as refundable but changed to non refundable on day of sale. Despite having photos and videos to prove the item was being sold as refundable customer service was rude and told me (the customer) that I was wrong and there was a banner stating the sale was non refundable .

I was able to add the item to my cart repeatedly without the not refundable banner ever showing during repeated add to cart. Not only was the staff rude but after two conversations basically told me tough luck. When I tried to contact customer service through the chat, I was given a response the next day. Your chat line says they are available 24/7.

The customer service rep that messaged me back said that is only customer service however your website states 24/7 chat. I have photos of this as well. This whole incident has been a true disappointment from a company that I love and use daily.

I have never been as frustrated as I was that day speaking to customer service and them telling me they its just the way it is then offering me $15. I find that ridiculous and sad that my situation was handled so poorly.

I recd a pair of Crocs that did not fit ordered by my daughter-in/law! Tried on once - determined too large/not wide enough! Shortly thereafter, was hospitalized and in and out of rehab! When I was finally home and able to work on return was unable to find receipt or return label! Shoes still have tags on them! Have had no luck on getting someone to talk to that might be able to help me!

Never got my shoes

I won't be shopping here again. I ordered shoes and was told they would be delivered JUne 9th. I checked the day before and was told my order was cancelled. Customer service was useless and it took forever because the woman was trying to chat about stupid stuff like the weather when all I wanted was to find out what happened with my order. She made me wait for 5 minutes just so she could tell me that she didn't know why my order was cancelled. She is absolutely useless and this company is a joke. If you want to actually get the shoes you ordered, I'd recommed you go elsewhere

Tried the shoes on tonight. They slid up and down at the heel No good. The customer service is excellent. However, they came as if they were worn a few times dirty heels has a few spots. They are willing to take it back and credit me but I thought Id keep them, but I just tried them on and the heel slides up and down when I put my inner soul in no good. Will be returning them

Missing Our Order

Hello,

I ordered work boots for my husband from you Feb. 11, 2022, you sent the following confirmation:

Order Details Order Number: 111-549****-981**** Arriving: Friday, February 18

We have not received the boots, when I use the tracking number you sent it says it's been sitting in Honolulu since Feb., 16th.

I contacted USPS they say the following including it's not their responsibility because it may be on a SHIP/BOAT to the islands and is out of their hands!

From USPS:

"Dear Cherylanne Dennis,

This message is to let you know that we have received your inquiry at the United States Postal Service.

Please be advised that your parcel is being supported by a 3rd party.

Unfortunately, the current tracking information that we have is only an electronic, pre-shipment advisory to alert us to expect your parcel.

There is no evidence that the USPS has received or accepted your parcel at this time (no physical scans). No physical scans = USPS not in possession of your parcel at this time.

We would also like to advise you that once received by USPS, your parcel will be arriving via Parcel Select service (boat) and could take anywhere from 3-5 weeks to arrive on HAWAII island.

We appreciate your patience while you await your parcel."

3-5 weeks to get here due to it's on a boat to Hawaii?

I never expected this at all.

He needs these boots to literally cut back the jungle on the Big Island near our home. I've ordered from you previously, never had this happen at all!
