Zappos - Horrible Company

Zappos cheated out of a return ,i send a shoe back and they kept my return without a exchange the supervisior were poor ,laugh and were smart with there words worst online store every .they kept my shoes 180.00 dollars.

I bought a pair of Calvin Klein not too long ago and wore only couple of times. Now shoes leather is ripped and the bottom of the shoes came off. Their shoes either fake or poor quality maybe that’s why their shoes is lower than retail stores

Not the right white and black logo on boot. Box it arrives in has correct label of boot with correct picture of boot. but boot has all black logo with embossed writing. Correct logo ALWAYS has white bear on black logo with a printed word Sorel NOT embossed into label....

Zappos Shipping Service Review

This is a terrible company to order with. Terrible rude customer service . Shipments don't come in on time. I ordered my items on Monday and then didn't even go out until Friday and I paid extra for shipping! Never ever shopping there again
