Zappos - Worst shipping experience EVER!! 3 pair of boots and not even close.
Ordered a pair of frye logging boots and when they arrived it looked like a child had assembled the boots.Sent boots back for exchange and received total different style and color.
Returned 2nd pair and received 3rd pair. The 3rd pair were in a Saz11 box but both boots were for the left foot and a sz 13!!!! On to # 4.. Which I did not receive..
These are $400 leather logging boots, not $20 flip flops.. This company needs to get it together!!!
I rate this experience as a -10.Poor poor poor..hopefully they get things together.
